Bonita Bunny’s Guide to HALO

This interactive storybook, Bonita Bunny’s Guide to HALO, serves as the assessment tool for HALO. It is useful for those sites who wish to validate the effectiveness of the HALO program. Authors are early childhood specialist Dr. Barbara Jackson, Ph.D. of the Monroe Meyer Institute of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and Angela Smith of Heartland Family Service. Delightfully illustrated, it is specific to the interactive nature of the HALO curriculum. Pretests should be given prior to the beginning of Unit 1. Post-tests should be given within two weeks of the completion of Unit 12. The scoring forms are included in the Program Guide. Spanish version available.
